Question cusco camber plates and kyb agx???

hello,

i just got my kyb agx for my wrx and i was test fitting the cusco camber plates on them.
i happened upon a problem.
the nut/sleeve that came with the plates had fine threading and a small diameter.
so i looked in the instructions that came with the plates and saw that you could order a nut/sleeve with coarser threading and a larger diameter.
now does anyone know where i can get this piece?
(i'll need 4 of them)
any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
neil
ps. i did do a search and got nadda.

Yeah they make two sized nuts, one that's popular on aftermarket coilovers and one that is used on oem type stuff. Contact a more respected Cusco vendor on here and they should be able to get them. www.subarustore.com (Titan Motorsports), www.gruppe-s.com, Z1 Performance, should be able to get them.

I believe Mav1c had this same issue and just had a machine shop fix the problem - you might want to try getting a hold of him.

I have the same problem. The ones I got are 12mm and I think I need 14mm. Please let me know if you find a source...

I emails gruppe-s about this 2 days ago and haven't heard back yet. I'll give them a call today.

Cobb Tuning sometimes has them also but they are out of stock.

OK. I have to say I feel somewhat ripped off because I just placed my order with Gruppe-S and it cost me a whopping $85 shipped to get the 4 nuts via special order in 14mmx1.5. Unfortunately, I don't have any choice since I bought these camber plates so long ago (7-8 months?) from z1auto (drop shipped by Gruppe-S). I should have taken care of this back then...

So, if you are buying cusco camber plates, be sure to get the right size nuts.

Yep, I got my Cusco rears used, they came with nada to mount struts. I'm going to try and find some stainless flange shims to work with stock nuts. Lotsa luck to me.

What size nuts do you need? 12mmx1.25 or 14mmx1.5? If you need 12mm I'll sell them to you cheap

I need to find flanged shims, then the stock nuts will work. Thanks though.
