Default What is the best way to lost the last of the gut

Alright, thre girl wants me to goto the beach more next summer, so I have all of winter to lose the gut. How would (or have) you guys done it?

Michigan.. it only gets "warm" there for a total of like 2 weeks. you don't even need to start worry about it till june.

i dont drink.. or eat chips.. i am boring.. the most i eat are almonds or fruit by the foot for snacks..

Doing ab exercises alone won't do it, you gotta do some kind of cardiovascular activity (i.e. running, exercise bike) to burn the excess fat.

Leg raises help the last bit of muscle in the lower abs show up. Must be mixed with a regular cardio program though.

I know i cant help it, its a child hood habit i never got over .. So how often should i run.. I'm thinking of weights every other day and then running in between..

Cardio every day, running is bad on the knees if done every day though. Cardio every day will give you more energy than you know what to do with. Bicycles are great, treadmills are ok since they provide a little cushion for your legs.

Check out www.t-mag.com, go to the faq and pick a program...they work. T-dawg diet v2.0 works very well but it's going to require you to workout as well as watch what you eat...and fruit by the foot can't be part of it. Seriously if you pick one of the programs and stick with it, you'll easily loose your gut by summer. Btw, abs are completely an issue of bodyfat % and most people need to be under 10% for them to show.
