i'd say stick with the cobb or ganzflo, the mrt thing still allows for warm air to come in, and the rallitek is just far to expensive

The MRT does not flow warm air in.... once a barrier is put up in the engine bay, there is probably more flow to the filter than the Cobb in the high pressure (see low flow) wheel well....

You have to make a barrier, but it can be done for less than $10 at Home Depot.... may not be as pretty as the carbon fiber box, but $550 is a lot of money that can go else where

Nice Texas2.5RS, I have left my MRT intake still black but your paint job looks awesome, did you sand it prior?

If it was me I would turn around that scoop somehow and suck air from the back.

Then again, I drive my car in the rain and would give up the couple horsepower to have it continue to run.

Its a great looking intake, however, the price is a bit much and the Cobb intake seems a bit less involved (and less than half the price).

1. No
2.Yes
3. Yes the scoop on the ralitec pipes into an airbox where out of the airbox is another pipe.

For the money I would still go with a Ganzflo or Cobb
