Post Another pic from the Harrisburg ProSolo

Random photographer guy got this one and its up on some kind of photo developer site. I got it and put it up with my other pics. Check out those Kumhos gripping. And I didnt hit that cone, its a pointer. The actual cone is hidden behind my front tire. But I do believe this is the run where I wobbled three or 4 cones in a row. It was my fastest.

Tony, he's got a good one of you too. here are the links to all the pics this guy got. He said it was close to 2/3 of the cars there. Check it out everybody.

It would've been better if he had used slower speed film, that way I wouldn't look like I'm parked. And you'd see my hands blurred from sawing at the wheel

What's it like have a drag type light tree?

I hope to have some good photos of this weekends race if some of my friends show up with film in hand.

Thumbs up

I think ProSolo is the most enjoyable form of autocross. The direct competition, the addition of the R/T element, the shorter more sprints type courses and its also more exiting for spectators, especially the Challenge rounds. Thats when freaky stuff starts happening. But in terms of your question, the drag start is fun. When you line up in a Scooby against a lightweight honda or any other FWD car you are most likely going to take the holeshot. So its gratifying also. You just gotta work on the R/T thing though. I found some Neon guys keeping up with me off the line with great lights. I definitly enjoy the whole thing. After 6 runs on each side, they tally up your scores and the fastest cars go on to the challenge. Its almost like having a two races in one. There is alot of race time too. You run once on each side, then wait 10-15 min if that and do it again. Then you repeat that sequence two more times. Sat. morning, Sat. afternoon and Sun morning. for a total of 12 runs. I liked it, can you tell?
