Default Where to get EBC/Axxis Pads locally?

I would like to get my brakes all taken care of over thanksgiving break. I'm already getting the goodridge lines and DBA rotors through Irvine Scooby, but they don't have any aftermarket brake pads or fluids. Anyone know where i can get some pads and some motul or similair fluid?
Thanks,
Chris

do NOT buy ebc, that is unless you like replacing your newly warped rotors every other week.

StopTech in Torrance has Axxis pads (I suggest Deluxe Plus) and Motul.

My opinion...stay away from the Axxis Ultimates if you don't want to get alot of brake dust. I recently installed a set (about 3 1/2 weeks ago) and since that time, my bronze rims have turned dookie brown I've seen the Ultimates on my brothers BMW and it doesn't shed as much dust as mine.

So ya....just my word of advice. Ultimates = brake dusty rims

stay away from EBC

Get Porterfield 4S pads at their place in Costa Mesa - they sell good brake fluids too, like Motul, Redline, Castrol

I ordered my axxis ultimates from stoptech. Yea, they put out a lot of brake dust. Just means you gotta clean your rims more often. But these are awesome street/performance pads.

I believe Axxis is made by Mintex.

The graph below might help if you go with Axxis pads. I've run Metal Masters and Ultimates and the Ultimates definately dust a lot more.

Wow, is that chart some kind of joke? Because my metal masters don't dust at all, and they worked way better than the ultimates. I would have to clean my wheels everytime I drove the car with the ultimates.

Nope, no joke, I scanned it from an Axxis brochure I picked up while at StopTech. I said the same thing G-Force just did about the Deluxe Plus while I was in their office and the guy I was talking to said something about the MM being phased out or obsolete or something. Deluxe Plus will be my next pads.

I'm running Ultimates now and I agree they dust much more, but they seem to perform better than the MM for me.

The deluxe are organic. No way they fade less than semi-metallic pads... I guess I'll have to try them for myself.

Rotora in City of Industry sells Axxis, although Stoptech seems to have the lowest prices I believe.
