Yes there is... or was, don't know about the new bodystyle, but Possume Bourne in NZ was able to order them from Subaru in LHD. I know I've seen pictures of them...

I believe there were LHD STi versions in Germany and some SE Asian countries. Maybe Cyprus as well? I remember the Subaru of Cyprus site being fairly incredible.

I dont believe they have ever made a factory LHD STi, all the ones that get rallied in LHD have been modified. You can get Euro spec Turbo's in LHD though! so the parts are there to do it.

Thats not what I've heard from NZ. I'll shoot an e-mail and verify but I'm really sure they could be ordered from Subaru that way. Special Order, but ordered.

Ok, here is the info. Only the Type RA was availible and still is availible from Subaru per special order. This is the one with the factory weld in Roll cage and Closed Deck 280hp motor with close-ratio tranny.

Take a look and look at the dash

And No this is not PhotoChopped!!!

Note: on of the photos says the car was converted to LHD, that was before we found out it was ordered that way...

Not to bad pricing either to ship one to the US, though only for Race Us only, you can't register it....
