Turbo 2.5???

Had a run in with a turbo 2.5 on Bowles, couldnt tell if he was really trying. Anyone on this board? claims to be running 22psi. Didnt talk much to him. But I couldnt really tell how fast it actually was because he never put car lengths on me. I dont know if he let off but it seemed like we were even and he would put a little on me and back and forth. Dont know would like to hear from owner if he is here.

Hello there. That was me on Bowles. I just got the car a little over a week ago from another NASIOC member (FastRS). I just got my plates today, so the car has been sitting in my garage with me endlessly tinkering with it for a week. Yes, it is running 22lbs, and yes I was just playing with you. I'm really glad to run into a fellow NASIOC member out in the real world. cubuff, if you want a ride sometime PM me, as long as I can check out your car sometime.

I want more details on the car, 1/4 mile times, HP etc.. The car was quick I could tell that much. Would have been more comforting for you to embarass me though, would have liked to see what it could do. 22psi is a lot to run though probably pretty built up. I would love a ride you have PM!!

I just finished pulling my 2.5. Blew a hole in the number 3 piston.
2.2T is here too. Hopefully will go in in two weeks

Apparently there are alot of 2.2t's around here.... although I had never seen one until I picked mine up, and then talked to the guy who set up the 2.2t for the previous owner... the OBS 2.2t I must see.... it doesn't get more sleeper than that. Anybody know who owns that car...?

If it is a black OBS then it could be Jeremy who is CrotchRS34 or something. I know his car was getting a new turbo engine put in last spring but I don't know if it was a 2.2. Hope I didn't give anything away?!

DenverRS, the spot I ran into cubuff was near bowles and wadsworth. there are a suprising ammount of suburban ricers milling around in that area, plenty of eclipses that sound like a diesel truck using it's jake brake etc.

Ahhh, I see. The only reason I even know about BOWLES is its on the way to my dad's work, and it's just a couple blocks from where I bowl.

That's an awsome conversion though! If I see you sometime, I'll give two long honks, rev once, flash my lights three times.... *eight hours and five pages later* and then open and close the sunroof five times.

Beware of some of those eclipses, there is a maroon GSX that is in the 11's although I havent seen him around lately, but he embarassed my brothers 11 sec cobra! There is also a red turbo SI that you may not want to mess with either in the 12's... But given there are the GS eclipses that do sound like truckers using jake brakes and other not so fast or even quick cars in the area over here.

Anyone ran into that black firebird around here that claims to be running an all motor 13.1? The thing sounds quite mean, but I didn't think it was quite quick enough to be 13.1 material (only time I've seen it was when we were in my friends integra, got embarassed pretty badly).
