Default VF36 + 17.5psi + Turbo XS = 12.058 @ 115.27!!

+ a few other things (all of which I have listed before)

No change from my previous runs in terms of set-up... same boost, same turbo... a couple gallons of c16 and a good launch!

60- 1.761
330- 5.007
1/8- 7.746
mph- 90.84
1000- 10.093
1/4- 12.058
mph- 115.27

My best sixty foot for the day was 1.743 and my best trap was 115.48, so I am leaving oooh such a little-bit left on the table.

I sooo wanted a 11.999!!! Oh well... close enough for now.

Why don't you up the boost a little? I am sure that turbo could still be efficient at 20 or 21psi. Or are you out of injectors?

20 psi is a bit much for that turbo I think its not that big but damn doug your the man I have been thinking of going the same path as you as with the motor but your making my decision easier and easier with these damn times of yours

not that big? his speeds suggest ~370whp That is more than any PE1820 I have seen on a light race gas mix.

I think Doug is one of the reasons people are hyped on twinscroll setups. I cant believe an IHI is pushing a wrx to 115mph on a low boost street tune. Simply amazing.

Id love to see what a PE1825 would do.

not that big?
yup not that big even doug will tell you the turbo is small so just imagine what he could do with a bigger turbo like a 18G or even a FPgreen. and the hp numbers are correct 370ish but for the exact Doug or Nathan would have to let you know. Also doug is not a small guy (not saying your fat doug) but if he was like the size ofa midget he could probally hit 11s

Do you have any links where I could read more about these twinscrolls? I'm not too familiar with them. Thanks.

Doug made like 330whp or so on our dyno.

Clearly there is some HP from the FMIC that doesn't show up when the car is on the dyno.

The twin scroll setup won't push anymore boost at high RPMs it's actually a pretty small compressor wheel, but with the VE benefits of the twin scroll exhaust housing, the motor is making very good use of it.

Doug is a pretty good driver and is making good use of the HP available to him. Great job!

Awesome times. Maybe this is telling us our usdm stg 4 cars could really benefit from better heads and cams! Or maybe its just the tune and gas. -Wayne
