One of your light bulbs burned out. Check all turn signal bulbs, parking light bulbs and side marker bulbs.

Virtuall all new cars check for continuity on the bulbs. If a bulb toasts, no circut, no continuity, so it'll flash the light on the dash fast to tell you. Like Imprezer said, flip the turn signal on and check all bulbs...front, rear, corner marker, etc.

Trunkmonkey is here! Vinyl windshield banners and decals now available!

It used to be in older cars that the signals freaking out was a sign that the battery or alternator was dying. It couldn't keep a constant voltage, but check the bulbs first, that's probably it.

Wink

At least your car has working turn signals, it's an option on most cars.

Nice one Flanagan.

What is up with some of those rice dorks putting in super fast flashers in their cars? Well...actually I suppose that isn't too bad. If they have "cool" flashers then I suppose they will use 'em more often to show 'em off!

I've got a 99 Camry and I had the same problem. Apparently it is a circuit problem. Toyota people will be able to fix it easily. My Camry has auto on/off headlights and the bulb works all the time--whether the lights are on or off. I don't know what Toyota did to fix it, but it works fine now.
