Subaru Banner FS: OZ Superleggera's 18x8 + ......

I have a few bits and pieces for sale. Perhaps someones girlfriend would like to buy these for their carboy for X-mas.

Anyways, the parts are:

1. -18x8 ET51 OZ Superleggera's in gold. These wheels are in flawless shape. No curb rash, no scratches, no unsightly marks. They basically look brand new. They are wrapped in 225/40R18 Dunlop FM901 tires which have about 85-90% tread left.

The wheels and tires are being sold as a combo and are $1800.
Just to give you an idea for reference they are about $3000 new plus taxes. (wheels $485 a piece, tires $250 a piece).

2. - 2004 Sti stock springs. These have been used for 4000kms. Asking $350 obo.

Please PM or post with interest, thank you.

for the springs, do you need to replace the tube looking thing too if you want a performance gain?

tHeMoUsE- this will not fit your car. As far as I know only the 19inch OZ S.L.'s will fit over the Brembos.

LANTEC, the tube looking thing is your shock absorber, or strut.
You don't NEED to change it. You would notice a performance gain with just the springs. Ideally it would be nice to get both the shock and the spring but just the springs will make a nice difference.

To install a spring you take off the wheels, take off your strut/spring combo (by umbolting them from the hub/spindle and taking th enuts off the topmounts). You then compress the springs, undo the top nut holding the top mount on, take off the top mounts and then release the spring. Put on new spring and reverse the process.

Then you take your car to an allignment shop.

OR, you buy the springs, take them to a shop and let them install them (definitely the better choice).

ok, come to 975 Marine Drive in North Vancouver during normal business hours and you may purchase them. OR, if you can meet me some time in a reasonable location I will send them your way.

Lantec, I just noticed that you have a 2001 RS. I don't think these springs will fit your car.

This is a good deal for a very nice set of rims.
