Post funny coincidence...or dreaded disease!!

I got the dent that I got on the freeway two weeks ago fixed at a local body shop in Huntington Beach and when I went to pay for it the check number was 555……..

At first I was merely humored by the coincidence, but then strange things started to happen. My car suddenly felt a tinge faster, then it began to make sounds that emulated the rally cars in the WRC. I have been compelled to spend more money on my car as my wallet seems over power my minds notions to wait for the real WRX, as its getting better and better reviews. The freeways look more like gravel back roads and every car next to me looks like McRea nipping at my heels.

Could this be the dreaded Subaflu, that has been so dormant for all these years. I pray not, for my budget cant take the expense of forced induction right now. I feel the urge to buy cams from Trey Cobb to at least appease this insatiable hunger for more speed. The slower I drive the more ill I become.

I pray my subaru brethren that the SUBAFLU does not strike you.. it's a terrible disease that as of this writing has not cure.

Have a Nice Day?

I've got two of the most dreaded symptoms of the disease! A thinning wallet and a shrinking back account! doh!

Wow... I don't think I've hit check # 250 and I've had this account for the past 6 years. Guess that goes to show you how much plastic money means...

Ok that was a tangent... as for the Subaflu, I suggest finding yourself a nice gravel lot and doing a few scoobnuts to calm you down a little.

Have a Nice Day?

I don't remember what I used #555 for!! But I have the Subaflu! I had an exhaust, an intake, and lots of other stuff, my first races won, and my first donuts, before I even had the temp plates off!

I just went and looked. 554 was my deposit on my Subaru. 555 was something else.
