Impreza GC8 Yet another head gasket problem, will i be in Denial on my Warranty?

I know, yet another problem with a head gasket!!
i just need to know if my mods. done to my car are going to give me Denial on my Warranty?
i have a injen intake... witch is easy to take off.
Then i have a borla cat-bac system, that i can't take off. One piece from the cat-bac..... don't have stock one!

Can anyone help?

Well no, i havent blown a head gasket before.... this is the first time. Ive only had the car for 6 months now. car has 46,5xx on it

See if someone in your region will let you borrow one(stock) and take it to a mechanic. One blew on mine so they replaced both but I'm still waiting for it.

i took off the intake, but the exhaust is still on.... i don't think that should void it.... but im not sure?
