And why, oh, why do they not bring movies as cool as that to the US!? IIRC, Taxi has been a cult classic out there. And Taxi 2 has been highly anticipated..

My connection sucks. I don't feel like waiting 30 min. for it to load (Note to self- get cable connection). There is some cool Evo and racing action in Jackie Chan's Who Am I. Not to mention stunts too. I've watch it at least a dozen times.

I've actually seen the second footage before.

Taxi 2 was in france when I was there for the Lemans 24hr race. I didn't go see it, but the second set of footage was in a video from a French rapper (they have those, and it sounds soooo much cooler than american rap, mostly because it's a techno/dance base) called "One Shot" and the song was very simply entitled "Mille Mille" No I don't speak any french, so I really had no Idea what was going on...

The video had that footage, intermixed with rallycross footage, and believe it or not, 1/32 scale slot car footage.

following up....
www.taxi2.com is the french site.

From what I gather, the ministry of defense hires undercover agents to pose a taxi drivers, to route an anti-terrorist agent from point A to point B. the Yakuza agents chase him....

sounds entertaining.

same video clips on the site.

Amazon.com america has the soundtrack/music inpired by CD's from both movies. The "One Shot" song is called MILLENAIRE. I'm getting it.

watch your vhs tapes from overseas...they may be PAL format.
