Default 2.5Ls came in which Imprezas?

I think I'd really like to have a 2.5L 5-speed Impreza, but what cars came with these engines? So far I know of:
2.5RS (too expensive)
OBS (not really in the mood for a wagon, but...)
Could you get them as an upgrade in any given '95+ Impreza?

Only the 2.5RS and 02+ OBS came with the N/A 2.5L from the Impreza line.

In the non-Impreza world: All Foresters came with the N/A 2.5L (except the XT which has the 2.5L Turbo). The Legacy 2.5GT (just called Legacy GT in some years) and several Outback models came with the N/A 2.5L as well.

98-01 RS's.
No other pre 01 IMPREZA came with the 2.5. The Legacy GT's, and the foresters as stated above, had them. After 02 everything that wasn't a 2.0 turbo was 2.5l.

Oops...forgot about the 2.5TS. The 2.5TS is an '02+ Impreza 2.5L wagon.

There was also a Canadian-spec pre-02 Impreza called the TS but I don't recall the specs on it or whether it was a 2.2L or 2.5L car.
