Default 2002 impreza WRX cobb stage 2

hey im looking to buy a 2002 impreza wrx

im wondering what kind of power the car can make with the following components, im not trying for a 400whp just wanna know approximately what i can have the car run reliably in the future after driving it for a few months.
it will be a daily driver

it has a cobb stage 2 kit on it
dc sport headers
exedy heavy duty clutch and 12lb flywheel
hks carbon ti turbo back
cobb v3

what kind of whp could i make with a tune?
do i need an ecu before i can tune?
i believe it has stock fuel system

what do you recommend? anything helps thanks

We do not guess hp here. We do have a proven power bragging section that has thousands of dyno proven results with various parts. Cobb also has a dyno database on their website.

The stock ECU is what gets tuned, you do not swap out ECU's in a Subaru to tune them.

Stock fuel system is fine for those mods.
