Sti Block And Legacy Heads...

Does anyone know who has this setup on a wrx?

legacy like
1.8 legacy
2.0 legacy
2.0T legacy
2.0TT legacy
2.2 legacy
2.2T legacy
2.5 dohc legacy
2.5 sohc legacy
2.5T legacy (stx)
and the answer to it beining in a wrx .. no why would you do that

might very well be a 1.6 version too

If you mean a STI 2.5 block and the legacy 2.2 heads, then that would be stupid. The legacy heads are about the worst possible heads you can use.

I know of a guy up in Canada who is putting some EJ22-T heads on an old EJ20 block. But only because he has the parts lying around from building his EJ22-T block with the original heads off the JDM EJ20.

And if you go that route for whatever unknown reason, you will need the EJ22 intake manifold as it is the only one that will fit those heads...

and....the ej22T intake manifold blows, you have no room left for a TMIC.
