Post Oil and oil filter? Spark plugs and air filter?

What ones are you using and why? I was told to go synthetic and get better air filter and better plugs. What are you all using?

I use OEM oil filters(Puralators) with Mobil 1 Tri-Synthetic(5W-90 winter, 10W-30 summer). I have a K&N air filter in my air box. I will probably put NGK plugs in my car at 15K miles.

Do not use ANY Fram oil filter. They all just suck, and yes I know the "special" versions are a bit better.

Ask Teagues the percentage of the motors in his core pile have fram filters. Ask the SHO owners who have spun a bearing what filter they were running at the time.

My experience and others leads me to believe that Fram could not make an oil filter worth pissing in much less putting on an engine.
