Default Boost gauge malfunction!!

yesterday i realized that my greddy elec boost gauge is not working properly...

under normal condition: when i apply throttle, the needle shoots up to 0 very fast, reaches boost with little more throttle, and so on..

now: the needle crawls up to 0 when boosting...(i know the car is boosting because when i start to hear the intake sucking in air, i'm usually applying a certain amount of gas sufficient for boost)...now it doesn't go pass like 0.2-0.3kg/cm^2...

the last thing i did was vaccuming the interior of the car...

anyone has any idea about my problem??

thanks..

i checked all the hoses under the hood...

doesn't look like any hose is loose...the T-fitting to the intake manifold is fine, the hose to the greddy relay is fine...all the wires connecting to the actual gauge are tight...

my friend suggests that it might be the relay thingy...

btw...the car runs fine, as usual...i haven't noticed any loss of power or anything...

does the relay thing of an electrical gauge fail easily???

sigh...i think i have to let the rev guys check it out...since i bought and got it installed there..

if the vac hoses are ok and all othe electrical wires are ok too, You should look at the components like the realy or the gage itself. In any case it is a very good idea to take it back where you purchased and install the boost gage. Good lock
