Forester SG Forester cargo area dimensions VS OB

Good info! We also own both, (my wife has the OB and I have a new FXT) and I would have to agree that the OB has more "usable" space. The FXT still has to be the most versatile vehicle I've ever owned, given its overall quickness, road manners, comfort level AND storage space.

If I had to give up one I'd be hard pressed to make a decision. Our OB VDC is great for long distances and with the VDC systems super nice in bad weather. My wife loves it, but it's boring to drive. Which to her is a good thing. The XT is probably the best blend of just about everything I need in a car after I've done a little suspension work Both good choices for different reasons.
