Default Turbo Purchase price

I live in CT, and I'm interested in knowing what the best deals are for a Baja Turbo 5-speed manual. Anyone have any experience in getting one for close to invoice?

Thanks.

CT is a different monster, as I understand. I got mine at 3% over the invoice (www.cars101.com has pretty accurate dealer cost breakdowns) here in CO. Shop around, have them compete against each other. They will try to offset the lost margine with your trade-ins, so be educated about your car before going. Put everything in writing (they can ditch that, but at least they need to honor the agreement). I was the first Baja T out the lot!

don't forget to go through subaru.com and get the $500 coupon good until 1/4/04. I think the prices go up $125 dollars on all Subarus on 1/4/04

build a Forester to your specs, then choose find a dealer. I believe that's all I did. The coupon comes with a list of all the dealers in my area, or at least with in an hour of my zip code.

I ordered mine for $23,250 plus TT&L. There was little-no bargaining involved (odd, since I had to order it).
