Note: YES, I have read the FAQ... I have read it more than once... I have seriously read 95% of the links of the links from that, so... I have some questions still...

What is needed for an EJ25 swap into my '99 OBS? If I get a '99 EJ25, will I even have to do any wiring? Is there anywhere where this swap was documented?

i would just wait. get a turbo kit, or try to get wrx parts.

if you get a wrx x member you can use a wrx header/turbo/......

so the obs came with a 2.2?

save your money and get a turbo. your only going to be adding about 30 hp with the 2.5

But I'll be taking off 40k-60k miles when I swap... That is the main reason for it... My car has 108,015miles on it as of 2 minutes ago

108k miles...but its just barely broken in for a subaru!

Yeah... but if it wants to be turbo'd, it has to loose some signs of aging (that is has recently been boasting over).
