Default V8 twin scroll ?'s on swap to legacy

Hi all, i'm have several questions that i thought i would through out here and see if i can get some answers. I plan on purchasing a (hopefully anyway ) a 03 V8 sti non ra engine with a 6 speed for my 96 legacy.
So here's what i need to know:
1. Is the v8 wirring the same as the v7 wiring to hook up the avcs (i'm using a 02 usdm wire harness)?

2. Will there be any clearance problems with the extra large header/uppipe/downpipe?

3. Is the driveline the same on the 03 model (as the earlier ones) so i can use either a auto driveshaft from a impreza or legacy?

4. How can i tune this ecu? ( ecu tek/uni chip/etc...)

Yeah i know i'll need a lot stuff here, i already know all of that. So let's try to stay on topic.
Thanks
Brent

Are you using the 03 V8 Sti ecu? I have heard the wiring is diff between the V7 and V8's so using the Usdm harness might need some work.. I was just inquiring on what would be needed for V8 in my 02 wrx and i was told that there is some differences in wiring and that the swap was not as cut and dry as the V7.. I would mabey try
