Question how to find out construction schedule on major roads in NY/NJ?

for example..how do I find out if there will be any major construction going on say between 10p-12a on GWB tomorrow?

a web site?

last time I came back from NJ, I was stuck on the GWB inbound for 2 hours because the DOT retards closed all but one lane for construction...being I am not from the area, I did not know to avoid it at that time

GWB stuff

It is kinda hard to follow...but it seems like if I try to get across the GWB before 11p I should be fine...

Um this is NY/NJ they will do construction whenever they feel like it, especially on holidays (you know the union boys love double time) the schedules may be posted but I wouldn't live/die by them.
