[IMG][/IMG]Hello everyone,my name is carl im from kentucky,I got my first subaru about 2 months ago,and ive not been driving it much..
I got a killer deal on the car, very clean and garage kept for the last 10 years..a older fellow owned the car and only drove it 8000 miles in the past 5 years...It had a cobb downpipe, and cobb intake installed and it didnt have a accessport...Ive recently picked one up,and have some issues im worried about...My fine knock is high? well its a neg number...and im way way under boost ill gladly post up a data log i took today
It has no cels, seems to run really good for 7lbs of boost but its not what it should any idea?

7 psi? that seems low.
downpipe and intake installed with no AP/tune? Danger, Will Robinson!! Danger!!
Killer deal? Typically not a good sign.
8000 miles in 5 years? A car just sitting is almost as bad as a high mileage vehicle. Maintenance during that time? Manual has month requirements in lieu of mileage.

What tune did you put on the car?

Make sure to fill in your profile so people don't have to ask what you drive and where you live.

This has nothing to do with the upkeep of the vehicle. It also means that he had the means to absolutely destroy the car and not worry about it.
Having all the records, that's a good thing.

Go read Unabomber's Manifesto to learn. Up top of the Newbies page.
