It's not the WRC one but I picked up a set of low PVC ramps from Wallmart. My STi just clears it and it works very well.

You can get Rhino Ramps from Pep Boys. They're made for lowered cars. I'm lowered 2" in front and can still get up on the ramps with some wood placed right before the ramp.

What would Scooby do?

You want the low profile 1200 rhino ramps, i bought mine here, may cost a bit more but they work great on lowered wrxs

Auto barn

Much better than the heavy red metal ones i got from sears and have to use wood extensitons with.

Wow those links are all so expensive. I picked up the same low profile rhino ramps mentioned for $17.88 on sale at pep boys. I think they're normally only $20.

And I picked up a 2 1/4 ton jack from sears with jack stands for $50. Only problem with the jack is I can't pump it up when I slide it under the front because there's no room to lift the handle up and push it back down. But if I drive the car up on the ramps first, then it's not a problem. And it works fine for all the jack points near the tires, which is all I personally need it for. Although I'm sure the $400 jack listed is nice, it's overkill if you're only using it once a year to change your tires like me.
