I think you have to take out the two 10mm bolts that attach them to the bumper (above the foglight), pull it out, and then you'll have easy access to the bulb from the backside. It's been awhile since I've looked. I can take pictures a little later if you want.

Yeah, you twist the back plug out. Undo the retaining clip and pull the (+) positive feed of the H3 bulb. The ground is the base of the light touching the housing of the light and the retaining clip.

I find the hardest part is popping the light housing assembly out of it's home in the bumber. Those stupid metal posts and nylon sockets!!

All in all, its not a tough task.

Hope that helps.

Although, its always good to have pics!

Later,
GGT

Yeah, I always have trouble getting 'em back in! You're just in an awkward position to try and get it lined up right.

having the same issue. someone told me to reach behind underneath the bumper and the bulb pops out after you unscrew the back of the foglight. there's no way to get to it since the whole underside of the bumper is covered in that black plastic thing (can't remember what its called). i saw the two screws on the front where the foglight is but theyre really tight on there and one of them was starting to strip. i have a 95 so i have the projector style fogs instead of the gt style rectangular ones. someone help?
