Default She almost works

We've got the engine in the car, engine is primed, it turns over, and _almost_ runs. It took awhile (engine has been sitting in storage for 9 months) but it finally started to sound like it wanted to start. However, it has only caught once and it wasn't like it was catching to run. It sounds kind of like it is only running on a cylinder or two, but it's too early to tell.

I pulled DTCs and the only things that came up were codes for missing sensors.

I'm beginning the Diagnostics for Engine Starting Failure routines in the FSM. Does anybody have any help ideas?

Well, as screwy as it may be; it runs now with only a simple fix. When disassembling the motor, I had accidentally swapped the ignition coil wires so cylinder number 1 had cylinder number 3's wires and vice versa.
