Default RSVP now for the COBB Meet in Salt Lake City, Utah

Not sure if we could get this made into a sticky or not...but it would be great if we could. Thanks.

http://www.wrxforum.com/cgi-bin/ulti...c;f=9;t=000003

Quote from Trey Cobb:

Please RSVP for the 2004 COBB Meet to be held in Salt Lake City, UT on May 29th and 30th. All RSVPs need to be in before APRIL 30TH.

We are still working out the final details of the meet, but hereís some of what we have in store for that weekend:

Saturday:
Meet at our facilities, introduce the crew and do a quick shop tour. We will do some technical seminars, Q&A sessions, a raffle, and a few more fun activities weíre finalizing. We will be providing food (BBQ) here at our facilities for lunch.
That early evening, Justin (ibis) and Noah will be leading everyone on a scenic group drive.

Sunday:
We will be organizing a motorsports event and a car show with prizes to take place in the Salt Lake area. Our exact plans will greatly depend on how many RSVPs we get as we donít want to go and rent a huge facility for 10 people nor do we want to cram 200 people into a small locale. Regardless, it will be a fun day to either show off your Subaru and race in a safe environment.

When you RSVP, you will be guaranteed a free event t-shirt in your size. We will also be arranging special pricing with local hotels for that weekend so you will receive this special information to book your room at the discounted rate.

To RSVP, please quote the following section in your reply to this post with your information. You may also email Ashley@cobbtuning.com if you donít feel comfortable posting any of the required info.

******* BEGIN QUOTING ********
Name:
Contact E-mail:
Car (Yr/Model):

T-Shirt Size:
Contact me with Hotel Info: Y or N

*****************************

Please RSVP before APRIL 30th.

Only post RSVPs in this thread. If you have other questions, please create a new post in this forum.

Thanks and we all look forward to seeing you there.

Thanks again.

PS- would it be bad to cross post this to each regional forum?? Probably huh?

that might be a good time to visit SLC....as long as Frank is done by then
I'll most likely make a week of it, stay at ARGville and do some skating.

Nice...I wasn't aware that you were caging it! That is awesome. Is it going to be one color when you bring it...or are you going to run the multi-tone look

Did you ever get the roof scoop??

We are going to have many a turbo transplant GC's for the meet...it should be really cool. Jaxx is bringing his down from Idaho....then Noah should have his, Jon (stimpy), and there are at leat 2 or 3 other ones locally...not to mention several RS-T's.

Woa, cool, get to see Alans cool ride again. Woohoo.

There will probably be some 2.2 turbos of the BC/BF gen, but I doubt any with DOHC heads.

I'm really looking forward to the event. How many TeamARG members coming?

it's not flat here....no mountains, but not flat like Chicago is

I'll see if there are any that want to go from out here and maybe some from Chicago, but it's a long ass drive (I'll be in a fixed racing seat )

Your missing out on some good snow...we are supposed to get some more this weekend. I would say bring your snowboard too because Snowbird will still be open, but its sounding like the car will be full as it is

Be sure to post pics of the bB when you get it home!! We need to have someone update the ARG website, as it hasnt been touched in about a year
