Question Which Courier to Ship Tires

Which company(s) will let me tape a pair of tires together to be shipped? I will use glass tape to tie them together. If you know several, which would be cheaper?

top three

UPS
FedEx
Greyhound (yes, the bus people)

and use 2" clear packaging tape .... other types leave adhesive residue on the tires
