Default RHD to LHD without extending?

I have the entire wiring from the 1998 STI RA clip. It's a RHD clip and I have a tough enough time rallying in the LHD, let alone a RHD so we need to convert it to LHD!

I was curious if there's anyway to install the harness without cutting and extending the wires? It's a rally car so the harness has a little freedom as to where it's routed etc.

I have all the wires including the fuse box. Will I need anything else (wiring wise) for the 94 L donor car?

We got some pics of the conversion up on our website in the gallery:

Default have you tried contacting...

any of the sellers of vehicles on rally specific websites like "ben's rally page" etc. ? you may find more people who've built true rally cars there than here.

lots of sellers of competition cars there, someone must have done this.

I know what you mean about more freedom w/ wiring. no amenities & non performance wiring. why worry about smog, rear defrosters and A/C?

maybe you could just plumb the harness through one of the other firewall openings closer to the LHD driver's seat & lengthen the wiring on the engine bay side? fewer wires on that end; and more segregated so they're easeir to look at & keep track of?

i have done this. u have to extend a million wires in the middle bundle, the stuff physically wont extend to where u need it to go. we fit everything with teh AC and heater bits out and it still wouldnt streatch enough.
