Default New Mobil station in North Phoenix is going to carry Race gas!

Not sure if this has been posted or not.

They are building a Mobil station at Union Hills and Cave Creek (North West corner) and as I drove by it today they put the sign up that says "RACE GAS" on the priceing billboard! You know, the billboards that all of the stations have that say how much the gas is for 87, 89,91, and diesel. It's on that.

Not sure exactly how much octane they are going to have but I'm guessing it will be 103-105 octane.

The store looks like it should be opening here within the month.

Just thought I would give everyone a heads up on that. The only other place in the North Valley that sells race gas is the 76 on Bell and something like 56th street (At least that I know of).

Anyway, i'm rally excited because that is extremly close to me so now I'll be able to throw in a couple gallons of that with the 91 I usually run and finally be able to run the 93 octane that my car says it has to have.

The owner of the gas station is Saad. He also has another gas station in Tempe that sells race gas. It's going to be 100 octane. Everybody should know Saad. He has the fastest Supra in the state. He's the one at firebird who runs 10's with his silver supra.

Yeah I know of Saad. I didn't know he owned gas stations though. I'm really psyched about it even though he will probably charge like $5 a gallon.

It wasn't open when I went by it on Sunday. The place is almost done though so I'm guessing it will be within the month.

The gas Saad runs is the 101 Octane Trick Racing gas. It's 101 octane comes from the (R+M)/2 method. Some of the other race gases only mention their R (research) values because they are higher than the M (motor) value.

Here's some info on the gas... http://www.trickgas.com/unleaded.htm

It costs 3.99/gal down here next to Firebird.

3.99/gallon is not too bad. I pay about 4.50/gallon, for 100 octane, at the 76 here in town.

There has to be a gas station on the extreme west side over here by Speedworld that sells race gas, but I haven't found it yet. Anyone know of any places over here?

Thanks.

I've lived near that for over 2 years (I live at Cave Creek and Deer Valley) and have never been. Come to think about it, I've never been to any strip club in Phoenix.

correction, Saad does not own the fastest Supra in the state anymore. I believe the AZ record now belongs to Ryan Woon.

http://store.yahoo.net/wotmstore/

And Saad's other gas station is on Chandler and 40th St. North side of the road.

no, I drove by it Monday night and it is not open yet, at least it appears as though it is not, there is no food, shelves or anything on the inside yet. My guess is the end of Feb, ya never know though

Edit: maybe you are refering to a differeng gas station? There is a QT that opened up on Deer Valley abnd Cave Creek a few months ago. To my knowledge they do not sell any sort of race fuel at the pumps.

Yes this is Saad's new station and will have 101 at the pump!

And Saad does not own the fastest Supra in the State, or West coast anymore

My car is the quickest and fastest import in AZ and the Quickest 6spd Street Supra in the World

Look for new numbers VERY soon!!!
