OT: Indianapolis 500. What a joke!!!

Is anyone watching this crap. First of all, I don't like oval tracks, but I used to watch the race before the divorce. Now all they have is a bunch of third rate drivers going around in a circle. The Champ car series isn't F1 but it's a million times better than IRL. Does anyone watch this? ABC seems to think so. They are airing the time trials and the actual race. Yet F1 is on Fox Sports and were lucky if we get to watch one freaking Rally Race. Sorry guys, I'm a big race fan and hate the IRL.

I'm sorry but in my opinion, you mispelled NASCAR. It should be NapCAR. Seriously, if this can put NASCAR enthusiasts to sleep, it'll knock out non-enthusiasts unconcious before the tenth lap. NASCAR going in circles is right up there with watching the grass grow. Probably why they have grass in the center!

Did anyone see the BTCC race last night on Speedvision, getting kind of lame there too! Without the Volvo's, the Audi's and the (factory backed) Nissan's I was falling asleep!

I could go on for hours about how much I hate the IRL. I'll spare you the rant though and just say I agree. I don't mind an oval race once in a while, but real races take place on a road course. At least NASCAR has a couple road races. Of course they're kind of comical!
