EJ25 Intake Manifold fit on EJ20?

Will the EJ25(from a 2.5RS) intake manifold bolt onto the EJ20(from a wrx) longblock?

I doubt it.. but i do have one for sale $100. With TGV Housing, and Fuel Rails.

Depends on which EJ25 and which EJ20.

Actually I dont know, its a phase I vs. a phase II...

98 intake manifold will not fit the USDM WRX heads. THe bolt pattern is completely different. THe USDM WRX and 2000, 2001 and most 1999's (assuming that there are indeed MY99 with DOHC and phase 2 blocks, people have said that they have one, I have never seen one).

The DOHC 98 2.5 has a bolt pattern like this:

WRX and SOHC 2.5's have a bolt pattern like this:

0

-->0
-->0

0

such as the pictures in the posted thread.

It is one of the differences between phase 1 and 2 engines. You could use the DOHC 2.5 manifold for a GC8 WRX long block. I have had DOHC, SOHC heads, and Phase 1, 2 and WRX intake manifolds in my possesion.

Not all Phase 1 intakes are the same however, if youstart to go older the intakes are significently smaller and will not match the ports inthe head even if the bolt patterns match.
