Default CEL codes

Does anyone know wht would cause these CEL codes? I went to the suby dealer and they had no clue lol.

P0103 Mass air flow sensor circuit high input
P0546 Exhaust gas temperature sensor circult high input
P1312 Exhaust temperature sensor malfunction

I'm think the last 2 are from my catless downpipe?

Dealer had no clue?? Find another dealer and don't take your car back to that one.
The catless downpipe will give you a P0420 catalyst inefficiency code. If you don't have one now you will eventually when you do enough highway driving.
The 0103 indicates a MAF problem, it could be bad or just have a poor connection. Have you done any intake mods?
The 0546 and 1312 are from a problem with your EGT probe in the uppipe. Is your uppipe stock or catless, and is the probe still installed? If you have a stock uppipe and the probe is bad, replace it with a new one. If it's a catless pipe, you can remove the probe, plug the hole and put a 2.2K ohm resistor in the connector.
