Default Removing abs from a legacy

Hi all, another removal question. I would like to remove the abs braking system in my 96 legacy. Is this simple as removing all the old brake lines that are abs and the abs motor/solinoid and replacing with non abs parts?
I know you have to pull up a bunch of stuff on the passenger side of the car to even get at the line, but it will be apart for my engine conversion anyway. I also know there is a bunch of extra wiring involved that should be removed also. If i removed the abs wiring from the car, would this bring up any issues with anything else in the car. (stuff like the ecu being dependant on the input from the abs etc...???)
Thanks
Brent

I might ask the question why remove it. But anyways just pull the ABS fuse. Tada no ABS. some people hook up a switch so they can turn it on and off at will. Do a search or checkout www.scoobymods.com I believe the exact sets are there. Either way they are around some where.

I've always wondered if you could just pull the fuse or unplug it and have it work like no abs. I am thinking about installing a set of brembos front and rear and i don't know if it would be compatable with it or not.

um the calipers don't make a difference really as far as ABS goes...the sensor notices the wheels have locked up the actuator starts pumping the brakes....put simply...
