Call up your dealer parts. They should have the part numbers at their finger tips.

The reason I replied is because I am wondering the same thing, except Wrx and Baja Sport. I'm hoping they are the same because I intend on ordering a case of filters. When oil change time comes around again I'm going to find out.

Same engine as Forester XT => you can find good info on what is the right filter and what to consider in Forester forum... I remember Forester folks found themselves the one specified by SOA was actually incorrect, and SOA did a follow up on the correct one for XT (but it was a turbo engine, so Baja Sport may have different filter).

Just took my Baja Turbo in this last weekend to Quick Lube. It does require a difference filter than the non-turbo. Their computer inventory wasn't updated with the 2004 Baja Turbo info, so they had to call the dealer to find out which filter to use. Fortunately, they had one in stock. I don't know if it was a filter that also fits the Forester Turbo though.
