Default JDM STI HID... NEED answer please

well tonight i spent about 3 hours re-carving my HID masks to make them more "US" spec. after i finished, I was cleaning up my work area, and i came across a little bulb. OH NO!
it's roughly one inch long, very very thin, has a tip like that of a reservoir condom, and has 2 thin wires coming from the end of it. is this part of my HID?? GOD I hope not. can anyone shine some light on this?? please tell me I didn't ruin these lights. It's def not the HID bulb, anyone know what it is?

sounds like it might be one of the "194" wedge style bulbs.

These are used for the "city light" aka "parking light"

if it looked like this:

then that's a 194 Wedge style bulb. It goes in the housing. I believe it sits in the inner side of the hibeam reflector - you should see a little twist-out plastic "holder" for it. Just pull out the holder and you should see an empty socket that you can just push it into.

thanks, but it's definetely not that light. it's much thinner, and a little longer. it's none of the other bulbs because i checked all of those. i'll try to put up a picture later.
the HID bulb doesn't consist of 2 bulbs at all, does it?
btw, i believe it to be a halogen bulb

guys if you want to post images dont hotlink them to websites, the owners get upset when you use their pics w/out permission and use up their bandwidth.

thanks
