Are there any after market parts besides a drop in K&N?

No, there are no real performance parts for the H6 (3.0L if thats what you are referring to). I've done some custom work to my Outback H6 and a few other members on my site have also. On this board Maverick Outback has done some custom mods, although it seems he is hard to get ahold of. If you would like, come check out my site and see some stuff we've done to our H6's and whatnot. BTW, I wouldn't consider the K&N filter an aftermarket part it is universal to all Subaru's and in the stock setup it will not help out performance too much. Better to go with a custom intake altogether like I and some others have.
