Default fuel pump controller

for those of you who have done the gc8-gda swap, did you just hardwire the fuel pump controller into the ecu/harness? i think this is how i'm going to do it, just wanted to know if there was something else that i needed to do.

Oh had you just said OBDII connector I would have known , anyways I did not touch any of that under the driver side, I did however splice the associated wires from my old RS harness to the wrx ECU so it would still work.

You have your ecu I/O signal list for both your RS and WRX right? They are all listed there. Just simply match them up, ex. the RS has a red/white wire which goes to the line end check connector and so does your wrx ecu harness, splice them together.

I don't know about hardwired. My fuel pump controller is connected using the same factory connectors it came with. I just tucked it under the passenger side kick panel.
