tire question

I'm going to be replacing my tires pretty soon and I'd like some opinions.

Which tire would you choose out between yokohama avs es 100, and parada spec 2.

They're both the same price with a slight difference in profile 215/45/17 and 215/40/17 respectfully.

I'm in north Texas so I'll have to deal with the monsoon rain storms, treadwear is important also. I'd like to get at least 25-30k (I don't drive that hard 37k on re-92 with plenty of tread left.

Or does anyone have different suggestions?

first of all read this thread regarding load capacity

and then order the correct tire size (215/45-17) and the ES100 is a very good tire choice as our test results prove

how about buying S-03s? the rating for those tires is a lot higher. the tire is more expensive but your definitely getting a lot of performance with that price. that's just what i think.
