I have a black subaru Forester. The only fancy thing that I have is clear parking and tail lights and a 20 mm bar. I am wanting to make my car as fancy as everyone elses. However, I don't know where to begin. I was thinking to get a suspension, but what do you guys think is the most important? For fun Alex put his stock suspension on my car and it got way too low it I looked all Livin' La Vida Loco. So I want my car to look cool and slick, not all silly.

Well, Alex certainly does give me suggestions. But I never know if he tells me stuff just because that is what he wants to do to my car. I would like some nice unbias, knowledgable feedback.

Go to the pet store and get yourself a trunk monkey.....Only a genuine STI one will do though...you might have to import it.

Eh, Imprezer's Girl, I kinda have a slow Forester project as well. All I have is the front 'F' grille. you can check it out at my website:
http://www.geocities.com/too_stickee

under the cars section. There's only one pic, but it shows the grille if u wanna see it. Ummm... they have Forester springs at autocares subaru or something... (WRXGirl's company i think). That's what I'd get first.

BTW, do you have any pics of your Forester with Imprezer's springs? Did the back sag too low?

Thanks

If your Forester an L model? If it is, this are my sugestions:

1st. Paint the bumpers and the lowerbody cladding. My soon to be mother in law just bought a 2001 Forester L and that has to be my only complaint.

2nd. Get Imprezer's stock RS wheels and buy some nice rubber.

3rd. Install Imprezer's stock RS muffler. That black muffler looks silly

4th. Get the factory rear spoiler.

If you have a S model skip step one and go directlly to number two.
