Default fuel pump

I have recently did swap wrx into my rs, everything is good except the fact that I am still running on rs fuel pump and the car starts to hesitate after 5000rpm, is it normal?, I just need second opinion so I can sleep well till my wrx fuel pump comes in

Hesitate? It's probably detonating due to lack of fuel. It probably is normal for an engine to hesitate when the airflow goes up and the fuel requirements go up and you are unable to give it the fuel. Stop driving it under boost until you get that fuel pump in there.

yeah hold off until you get the fuel pump...don't want to go and blow up your new engine now do yah
