Default Cobb stage 1 reflash with stage 2 hardware - problems?

I am running Cobb stage 1 relfash but have recently installed a full turbo back exhaust. I am concerned with any issues pertaining to this such as partial throttle/full boost and/or boost spikes. Any details on this would be appreciated.

The reason I ask is that I would like to wait until the AccessPort is available instead of sending in my ECU for another reflash.

Thank,
James

It'll run OK but you will experience some boost spiking.

Default boost spikes

and if the tuning is in anyway similar to a unichip stage 0 vs 1 (vishnu)

you wont be getting the full ammount of torque with your car,

i got 214 hp / 203 tq with a turboback on my car which was tuned for a car without, i also was running super rich... so yeah ;o

And it is fine. I have been waiting for the port for about 4 months now rather than sending in the ECU. No problems, have not noticed significant boost spiking.
