Use a bobby pin to pop it.

It's gonna hurt CRAZEEE bad, but just take the looped end press down on the zit and drag across. May take a couple times.

Remember... it's gonna hurt... BAD!

Disassemble a ball point pen. Have a friend use the hollow tube where the pen point comes out to cover/pop it. Then cry like a baby.

I had one that went THROUGH my ear, internally. It started just in front of the earlobe, and went through to the ear canal. When it popped, it popped INSIDE my ear.

I get them sometimes (it's really aggravating to still get the occasional pimple at 28+), and sometimes, because of the way I sleep (with one side/other of my head in the pillow) when I wake up my entire outer ear will be red and painful.

If you do lance it, make sure to put some neosporin or similar on it; don't want to get an infection in your ear.
