Wink Alright, tranny guys! maybe you gurus can help.

Will an A/T ecu have any problems if it is put on a 5 speed car?
In other words will it run ok? Or will it be confused?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you put it on the seat it will run fine but if you plug it in, your blow off valve won't work.
