Default USDM V8 STi Seats question

I want to put these in my 04 wrx but want to retain the seat heaters. can i swap either the heaters or the fabrics since the insides of the seat are identical?

well to take the skin of the bottom of the seat, you need to unbolt the backrest from the base...

The bottom skin is held on by plastic clips along the front, rear, and sides. of the underside of the seat frame.

The skin on the backrest portion is on with zipper... depending on how big of a unit the heating unit is, this may be a PIA.

once the back portion is removed, you will see the end of the zipper...
