Single action wiper function stoped working

For some reason, the feature where you pull back on the wiper handle has seised to work on my 95... Its worked great since ive had the car, but it just died as of late. Everything else in terms of the wiper works fine too, but just pulling back on the stock does jack...

Any ideas?
