I saw your other post over on i-club, the response you got there seemed to explain pretty well how to connect them. Have you at least tried to follow those instructions?
If you make a wiring mistake you won't toast anything, it's just lights and relays. The worst that might happen is blowing a fuse.

Cisco- unfortunately it looks like your Morettes didn't include the plug-in harnesses which are almost always included when you buy them from a vendor, so I'm assuming you bought them used? I suggest you try to get a set of the harnesses so you don't have to cut into your wiring. Those clip-on taps are a very, very bad way to wire headlights.
If my assumption is wrong and you did get them new from a vendor, contact them and ask for a set of harnesses. Otherwise check with some of the vendors who sell Morettes and see if they will sell you the harnesses separately.

Now, as for the general info on Morette wiring-
The two wires with ring terminals go to the battery. The one with the fuse goes to the positive terminal, and the other one goes to negative/ground. Disregard the color of these wires, the positive/fused wire may be black.
The two long wires that come out of the driver side light go over to the passenger side light and plug into their mating connectors there. One is a male spade connector and the other is female. There should only be one open mating connector in the passenger side light for each of those.
Other than that it's just a matter of plugging the headlight and parking light connectors into their mating plugs on the car.
If the lights are used, check the fuse in the battery wire to be sure it's good. If it's blown for some reason replace it with a 15A.

Well I am kind of in a bind now. Would you happen to know what wire connects to what on the stock harness. I don't have an issue soldering the wires and using shrink tubing. I just need to get these installed soon.

Thanks for the help by the way

Ok, one down
Cisco, here's the wiring info. If you want to do it this way rather than wait for a set of harnesses, just be sure to make the connections sound and permanent. Soldering and heat shrink is fine, properly crimped and insulated butt splices are ok too. My personal preference is to leave the factory wiring intact and use a plug-in solution whenever possible, but of course it's your car and up to you.

The Subaru headlight system is common positive, switched ground. The wiring of the headlight connectors in the car is as follows-
Driver side- common positive = red/light blue (center terminal on connector)
low beam switched ground = yellow/red
high beam switched ground = red

Passenger side- common positive = light blue/white
low beam switched ground = yellow/red
high beam switched ground = red

The wiring on the Morettes-

Common = gray
Low beam = yellow
High beam = blue

Both sides on the Morettes are the same colors. The gray common should be connected, through the harness adapter, to the common positive for each side. The low and high beam wires should go to their respective switched grounds.

If you need a harness for Morettes, check with the vendors who sell them. The two that I know of who are most likely to have them are Z1, www.z1auto.com , and AllSubaru, www.allsubaru.com
I do not know if they have the harnesses available separately, you'll have to ask.

I tried z1 performance and allsubaru, neither one sold the plug n play harness' separately.

Anyone else know where to get or make a harness. I just want a clean installation.

Thanks!
