imprezzakc: How do you like the ride with the AGX/eibach's?

I was thinking Prodrive/AGX (need to find rates on both first.

I am over in Glendale as well...are you planning to run at Firebird next weekend?

I'm new down here from ak. heres my setup:
02 blk wrx
m2uppipe, txs dp, txs racepipe, txs midpipe, blitz nurspec muffler,
gfb pullies, blitz dropin filter, walbro pump, sti injectors, old txs unichip, PE1820 turbo. spec stage3 clutch and sti-ra gears going in as I type. no suspension work and cooper cobra tires.
It ran 12.72@106 good power up top, very loud, some flat spots in the unichip map, overall great setup.

This will probably not help you but I like replying to these posts anyways

03 WRX
Engine: 2.0 stock -
Trans: 5spd

Suspension: STi replica strut bars that were on the car when I bought it

Wheels/Tires: 17" Rota Subzeros - 225/45/17 Kumho Ectsa Supras

Pros: I haven't spent much money on the car and I'm going to Hawaii in April because of that.

Cons: I'd prefer the car to be MUCH faster and have some torque down low. I personally don't see either happening... ever.

Bottom line... I'd love to dump $20k into this thing but considering I'll be bored with the car in another year or so I will continue to resist any and all mods. (except maybe that Ecutek upgrade from DynoComp )

2002 WRX Sedan WR Blue

Engine: 2.0T stock with Prodrive/WR Sport axle-back (muffler)

Suspension: JDM STi v8 Spec C

Wheels/Tires: Stock + 15" OZ gravel(soon to have Nokian WR's)

Other: Primitive F/R skid plates. Cobb SS brake lines. ATE blue brake fluid. EDM STi headlamps. Defi 52mm Boost, EGT, & oil pressure gauges in modified OEM pod. STi hood scoop. GT Spec scoop splitter & radiator shield. Full sized spare.

Soon to be: Cobb AccessPort, better asphalt rims/tires, ?STi grill?.

Pros/Cons:
+The sound of the WR Sport muffler. Nice rumble down low, not "blatty", enough volume to hear when to shift, yet not overly loud.
+The handling improvements with the Spec C struts/springs.
+Looks/lighting of the EDM projector headlamps.
+Skidplates & full sized spare are a _must_ for offroad trips.
+Improved pedal feel of SS brake lines.

-Spec C suspension can be a bit bouncy/rough on crappy asphalt.
-Really need better tires & wheels to fully take advantage of Spec C suspension on asphalt.
-Stripped a hard brake line fitting when installing SS brake lines.
-I need to get that EGT sensor mounted.
-Full sized spare sticks up into trunk (though it is a good place to stash 12v air compressor, tire plug kit, tool kit, camp stove, etc.)
