Question Sti shift light trouble

Picked up the car less than a week ago,followed the manual,simply cant get it to work? Has anyone have the same problem or have a fix/recomendation,I'm avoiding taking it back to the dealer!!

Make sure you are at a complete stop when adjusting it. It wont work if the car is moving.

The manual says the ignition should be in the lock position,which means the car has to be off,right?? Then press the trip odometer and then use the rev adjust knob to adjust to the RPM's you want. Am I missing something or just having a brain fart?HELP!

Default straightened out

Dealer said to set it with the car running! No problem, now I need to figure out the buzzer! Thanks for the input!

To activate the buzzer I believe you have to turn the knob to the left. I can't remember now
